Fantástico

Da estrutura, estar em um local com muita vegetação.. praia também é maravilhosa, um dos melhores locais em Cozumel..só não espera uma praia com uma larga faixa de areia.

Drinks pareciam com pouco álcool, não havia snacks fora dos horários de refeições (sendo que estou em um all inclusive).. as piscinas nenhuma era aquecida.

Decepcionante

Gostei da localização, do tamanho do quarto e quarto de banho e do cuidado que uma única funcionária teve para connosco quando surgiu um problema. Também gostei de um passeio de barco de fizemos que contratamos no hotel.

1. Não gostei do tempo que demoram a fazer o check-in; 2. Não gostei de não ter sido informada que poderia usufruir de mais do que 1 restaurante (só nos permitiram ir ao self-service) e a qualidade do mesmo era péssima. Quer a comida, quer a limpeza, o cheiro, a desorganização,... Quando me apercebi que tínhamos sido mal informados ainda faltavam 3 dias para virmos embora e tirando uma funcionária amorosa (Fernanda) não houve ninguém que tentasse corrigir o erro que fizeram no check-in. Muito cuidado com a falta de informação que dão no momento da reserva. Chegando ao hotel nada está disponível (refiro-me aos restaurantes); 3. As toalhas de banho apesar de lavadas tinham manchas; 4. A banheira estava imunda (possivelmente marcas que não saem mas que fica com muito mau aspeto); 5. As camas na praia são marcadas pelas pessoas (para aí às 7.00h da manhã com sapatos, cremes, toalhas, etc e depois só vão para a praia horas depois). Uma vez que a oferta é pequena não devia ser permitido "marcar" camas de praia; 6. No check-out nunca fui tal mal atendida. A funcionária (Madai Davalos) chegou mesmo a ser mal educada e rude e não fosse estar atrasada para ir apanhar o barco teria feito queixa da mesma pois não é admissível tratar assim quem quer que seja.

„Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel

Die Lage direkt am Strand und die Hotelanlage sind top.

Das Buffet hatte nur ein sehr überschaubares Angebot an vegetarischen Speisen (speziell beim Abendessen). Wir hatten ein dauerhaftes, störendes Geräusch im Zimmer, was trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht behoben werden konnte. Auch ein alternatives Zimmer wurde nicht angeboten. Für ein 5 Sterne-Hotel fehlen im Zimmer einige Ausstattungsmerkmale.

„Tauchbasis gleich nebenan, das perfekte Taucherressort

Sehr sauber, coole Unterkunft in mitten von Grün. Daher waren Tiere wie Nasenbären oder Waschbären zu sehen! :) Anlage ist sehr gross.

„Tolles kleines Strandhotel auf Cozumel

Die Lage direkt an einem kleinen ruhigen Strand ist super . Strand Restaurant ist auch total spitze mit gutem Essen. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig mit großem Bad . Zimmerschlüssel sind Chips, die man an einem dünne Band umgebunden bekommt , sehr praktisch:) Es gibt eine Mini bar auf dem Zimmer die täglich gratis aufgefüllt wird !!

Das Essen in dem Hauptrestaurant ist leider nicht so schön vielfältig wie das am Strand , zudem herrscht dort Kantinen Feeling und das Service Personal ist dort sehr langsam und nicht so aufmerksam . Wir konnten nicht mehr fürs Themen Restaurant reservieren da es bis Sonntag voll war, wir waren aber nur von Mittwoch bis Freitag dort .

„Grundsätzlich war wirklich all inklusive. Man ist aber auch etwas in der Anlage gefangen.

Perfekte Nähe zum Strand. Wurde auch super gepflegt.

Leider ist das Hotel sehr abgelegen. Man kommst schlecht in die Stadt. Cocktails schmeckten sehr künstlich.( Massen Abfertigung). Nach dem Tauchgang dürfte der Guide nicht mit auf die Anlage um uns unser Video vom tauchen zu zeigen.

„Gutes AI-Hotel, entspricht den 4****

Das Essen war gut, Frühstück und Abendessen als Büfett. 3 x pro Woche Spezialitäten-Restaurant. Das Dinner mit Schwerpunkt Fisch in der Strandbar war super - lecker und stimmungsvoll. Unser Zimmer lag in einem der (5?) Häuser im EG und war sehr ruhig. Mini-Terrasse mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben, weil der "Dschungel" direkt angrenzte. Überall waren Fliegengitter!!! Super. Leider mussten wir aus privaten Gründen 3 Tage früher abreisen. Die Hoteldirektion war aber sehr verständnisvoll und hat uns das Geld hierfür erstattet.

Wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die Lage mitten im Dschungel sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Nichts wurde trocken, die Kleidung war immer klamm. Badesachen trockneten nicht bis zum nächsten Tag. Leider hat sich das Meer offensichtlich ein Stück vom Strand zurückgeholt, so dass dieser sehr klein, steil und teilweise schwer begehbar war. Die Liegen standen deshalb auch sehr eng. Allerdings ist der große Pool gleich nebenan, so dass man hier liegen konnte und so einen kurzen Weg ins Meer hatte.

Gemütliches, stilvolles Hotel. Personal war stets freundlich, Essen war gut. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, mitten im Wald. Das hat den Vorteil dass es sehr ruhig ist. Es braucht jedoch für jeden Ausflug ein Taxi. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderschön. Und für die, die gerne tauchen, ist die Tauchschule direkt im Hotel unbedingt zu empfehlen.

„Eigentlich schöne Anlage, deren Flair durch das schlechte Verhalten amerikanischer Gäste leidet. Vom Preis/ Leistung

schöne geräumige Zimmer. Super schöne große gepflegte Gartenanlage. Sehr gutes WLAN in der kompletten Anlage. Freilaufende Leguane und Nasenbären. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge.

marode und verschimmelte Sonnenliegen. Kaum Schattenplätze/ wenig Sonnenschirme am Meer und Pool. Kaum Strand vorhanden. Bilder vom Strand sind irreführend, da der Strand fast weggespült ist. Sehr viele amerikanische Gäste, die sich samt Kleider in den Pool setzen und betrinken und mit Badeshorts zum Essen gehen. Das Essen ist zwar auf den ersten Blick ganz ansprechend. wir bekamen aber nach 2-3 Tagen Magen-Darm Probleme. Hotel antwortet nicht auf EMail Anfragen. Schlechte angegliederte Tauchschule.

„Schöne Hotelanlage mit viel Grün

Sehr schöne Lage im Grünen, gepflegte Anlage , direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal / guter Service . Große Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer. Essen im a la carte Restaurant sehr lecker und empfehlenswert . Strand schmal (leider durch Hurrikan in kurzer Zeit erodiert ) aber dennoch sehr schön mit Palmen und traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Wunderschöne Riffe zum tauchen in wenigen Minuten mit dem Boot erreichbar .

Animation am Abend teils sehr laut und trotz großer Entfernung zum Zimmer hörbar , nachts sind Oropax notwendig . Am Pool auch teils sehr laute Animation , hörbar leider bis zum Ruhebereich. Essen am Buffet nach einigen Tagen eher redundant und eher fettig / fast food . Tauch Basis im Hotel, für europäische „Bedürfnisse“ des Tauchens eher enttäuschend und sehr auf amerikanischen schnellen Massendurchlauf angelegt. Staff aber auch hier sehr freundlich.

Really nice relaxing hotel to unwind for a few day

We absolutely love the well kept gardens, the adults only pool, the seclusion room between each other rooms, comfy beds and pillows, the good breakfast, the nature around the hotel, the clear ocean waters.

Lacking more vegan options in the lunch and dinner. We are vegan and was very difficult at times to find stuff to eat that didn’t have dairy or meat. Also at times the food was cold especially when we booked a dinner by the ocean and they brought everyone’s food very cold, it would have been nice to offer some kind of class for the active couples such as yoga, meditation etc, also no sauna that would’ve been nice, having it take taxi to town, hotel should provide shuttles from airport to guess since it is a long distance trip.

The food was OK, sufficient variety and good taste. The room is OK, but not 5 stars. The services quality is mixed.

Our reservation was for the room with the balcony, we did not get such room (we did not complain, as we arrived later evening and needed sleep as priority). The coffee machine in the self-service restaurant did not work many times. The beach rules are totaly confusing (the hotel rules say that all beach activities are on own risk, however there is the baywatch, and their opinion on what is possible and what not seems to be very subjective and non-consistent). No tea maker in the room.
